Joseph Aziz is a dedicated real estate professional with a remarkable story and a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.
In 2009, Joseph was young & eager to invest in a two-family property in his hometown of Clifton, NJ, but he had no idea where to begin. After reaching out to several agents and lenders, he quickly realized that he wasn’t getting the guidance he needed. Frustrated, he almost gave up on his dream.
At the time, Joseph was working long hours in corporate roles at Verizon and AT&T, logging 120-hour work weeks. But he knew he was meant for more. Rather than staying in a comfortable position, he decided to pursue a new path. Balancing a demanding job and real estate courses every Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Joseph finally passed the state exam on New Year's Eve in 2014 and became a licensed Realtor on his first attempt.
Though he remained with Verizon for another six months, word soon spread that Joseph was also a Realtor. With his business growing quickly, he made the bold decision to leave his high-paying job—complete with benefits—and pursue real estate full-time.
In 2015, Joseph took his commitment to real estate a step further by earning his Home Inspector certification at Inspection21 in Paramus NJ. After completing six months of classes and 140 hours of hands-on inspection training, he became certified in all aspects of building and maintaining a home. This added expertise has proven invaluable for both Joseph and his clients, saving them thousands of dollars and significant time. Joseph’s passion for real estate has fueled an extraordinary career. Since becoming licensed in 2014, he has helped over 500 families achieve their real estate goals, with a total sales volume exceeding $400 million. From condos and single-family homes to multi-families, mixed-use properties, strip malls, land, and luxury estates, Joseph has worked with a wide variety of properties and clients. Along the way, he’s built long-lasting relationships and friends for life.
Today, Joseph owns and operates a thriving real estate office in the heart of downtown Montclair, NJ, where he leads a team of over 40 exceptional Realtors. His office is known for its high level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to client satisfaction.
